By creating an OptiScoreLabs account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. The platform provides exam-prep analytics, mocks, and AI assistance for educational use only — not a guarantee of any rank or score outcome.

• Accounts are multi-tenant scoped; you may not access another institute's data.
• OSL Coins are closed-system loyalty points with no cash redemption or VDA conversion.
• Digital subscriptions and seat licenses are subject to our Refund Policy: B2B cash refunds are not available after activation; B2C first-charge refunds (if any) are limited to a 7-day low-usage window. Service credits, billing pauses, and seat adjustments are the primary remedies.
• Abuse of AI quotas, proctoring evasion, content scraping, or sharing paid credentials may result in suspension without refund.
• Governing law: India. Disputes subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction unless a B2B contract states otherwise.
